How To Cook Spaghetti Squash

Today we are preparing for you alternative Spaghetti Squash.

It’s very easy to make. Garlic, rosemary, olive oil, salt, pepper and pine nuts are all you need, and some patience while squash is baking in the oven. This is a great side dish with some meat. You can also combine them with bolognese sauce and then get a full meal.


1 Spaghetti Squash

3 clove of garlic, sliced

2 tablespoons of chopped fresh rosemary

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 tablespoons of olive oil, or butter

2-3 buckets of barred pine nuts, optional


Preheat oven to 200 Celsius.

Halve the squash and peel it without seeds. Apply salt, pepper, oil, shredded rosemary on the inside and rub them well. Put in a baking dish and bake in the oven, on a medium-sized partition, about 50 minutes, until the squash is soft.

When the squash is baaked, allow it to cool for about 10 minutes, then pull out the noodles with a fork. This is the best part. Finally, add a little more olive oil, salt and pepper, if needed. Sprinkle spaghetti with toasted pine nuts and serve while still warm. Of course, you can always add grated parmesan.
