2 eggs, 1 banana, 1 apple, 3 peaches or apricots, 5 tablespoons of coconut or sunflower oil, 250ml oatmeal salt, 100ml yogurt, 1/2 baking powder, a full hand of almonds, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.

How to prepare

Grind oatmeal and almonds in a blender. Grind the apples, chop the apricots, and crush the banana with a fork. Whisk the egg whites into solid snow, then add the egg yolks and mix everything.

Insert fruit, oil and yogurt, then mix well. Finally add ground oatmeal and baking powder, almonds and cinnamon. Mix everything, then pour in a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
